Since it’s #WorldCiderDay, an #InterestingWord for today is NOT a misspelling of ‘political’:

pottical: literally ‘having to do with pots’, but alludes to alcohol, specifically being drunk and then inspired or motivated to do something (perhaps not wisely…)

Today’s #InterestingWord is not one that gets mixed up really, it’s just a word that’s little used and rather lovely:

saturnine: a gloomy, slow temperament

From Saturn (associated with slowness and gloom by astrologers) and connected to lead by alchemists. Hence saturnism = lead poisoning.
