The 🏴 Parliament can’t legislate on reserved matters but there’s a ‘convention’ that 🇬🇧 gov will NOT introduce legislation on devolved areas without the agreement of the 🏴 Parliament.
So not only is the 🇬🇧 outdated so is the 🏴 Act.
