I joined @savethebayri.bsky.social for the #InternationalCoastalCleanup today at Barrington Beach. I helped clean a section of shore between the beach parking lot and the beach. What did we find? Loads of plastics: wrappers, bottle caps, microplastics, and miscellaneous plastics.

Moran Lake Beach results are in! For the 40th #InternationalCoastalCleanup, COI + @PacificPaw volunteers removed 61.5 lbs of debris (554) — including 235 cig. butts, 67 wrappers, 9 foam pieces, 7 toys, and 1 metal chair.
