Screenshot of an email from a Swedish University explaining that due to international sanctions, Iranian bank accounts are not accepted as proof of financial means for residence permit applications. The message says applicants must have funds in a bank account outside Iran to be eligible to study in Sweden.

So if I want to study in Sweden, I must first live in another country and put my money there before I can even apply.
If I already had that, why would I apply there?!
This is discrimination.
People are not their governments. We just want a chance!
