I grasp that the #IrishDefence #triplelock should be reformed… but calling it a Russian or Chinese veto saying it undermines Irish sovereignty is completely off the mark.

It is based in Irish law, i.e. it could be changed/amended by the Oireachtas… the very definition of sovereignty
