Seedhead of the Square-stalked St Johns Wort - Hypericum tetrapterum - County Laois Ireland

Brilliantly coloured seedhead of the square-stalked St John's Wort is one of my favourite local plant and and under-rated #IrishWildflower for autumn pop.

I'd love to see it in more urban gardens as it is fairly hardy, not overly competitive & gorgeous imo.
