Soldiers then reportedly picked up the 18 month-old and began burning cigarettes to force a confession from his father Osama. A medical report confirmed the burns and that the toddler had a nail inserted in his leg.
The toddler was detained for nearly 10 hours before he was released to the International Committee of the Red Cross. The father remains in Israeli custody.
