20 min on treadmill today with my first full HIIT session. Obviously it’s a beginner workout , but I like the concept. I’ve don’t like exercise. It bores me, it hurts or I’m not able to do it . So getting a full workout in 20 min with only 3 min of hell? Sign me up! #ImDoingThis #ItsForMeThisTime
½ mile today plus leg work. Worked up the first decent sweat since I started.

I went from completely sedentary to doing ⅜ of a mile on the treadmill (every or every other day) in a week. This is slow, but this is progress. And it is a goodness. #Exercise #Moving #DoingThis #ItsForMeThisTime
