Today was the first day of a weekend-long #aikido seminar by #Iwakata-sensei (6th dan, student of #Nishio) here in #Jyväskylä. Iwakata has lovely precise, but relaxed technique, whether body techniques or weapons. I highly recommend his practise.

Today was the first day of a three day seminar with #Iwakata sensei, one of #Nishio sensei’s main students. So a unique style of #aikido and also Nishio Toho #iaido. In #Jyvaskyla. Still lots of time to come and try it: full day tomorrow and Sunday.
