I think school/uni romance is Thailand’s thing which doesn’t usually lend itself to forbidden relationships. Also, the social structure comes across as less rigid, hence also fewer opportunities. A couple of other (unconventional) ideas have sprung to mind: #IWillKnockYou and #MiracleOfTeddyBear.

I would recommend this to someone who likes light heart fluffy BL. It's just really relaxing to watch.
Also someone that enjoyed narcissistic characters, someone who is full of themselves can be off-putting to some. Me you know, I love full of himself Noey lol.

I love Osomatsu-san, it's an anime about sextuplet narcissistic neet brothers. So 5 Noeys would be a dream come true lol and watching them fight over Thi would be fun❤️.
