A Decade of #OpenSpace #Unconferences 🎉 Back in 2014 #JCrete sparked a simple idea: “Could I bring more Open Space to the world?” With 2 more founders from 2 other countries, we launched #AgileCrete – a playground for coaches, Scrum Masters and devs to swap ideas about everything agile.
In this year's #JCrete hackday I decided to toy claude code to start incorporating genAI tools (that go beyond slack-chats/mail/meeting summaries, etc.) in my day to day work. My first attempt was kind of a disaster and I ended up writing a script to the job, but today I had my first success story.

My #JCrete25 takeaways:
1. Not enough people know about @radicle.xyz yet - need to start submitting proposals to conferences / meetups,
2. Entry-level devs are going to have a **HARD** time in next few years: GenAI tools help experts, not amateurs. 👈 great excuse for execs to avoid hiring
