Three of the same image of a Hobby, a bird of prey with grey wings and head, a beige rump and neck, russet leg feathers and orange yellow legs. It was painted by John Gerard Keulemans c.1885. The first image is the original book scan with a yellow/grey colour cast. The second image removes the cast a small amount while retaining the overall colour palette and contrast. The last image removes the entire colour cast, boosts colour saturation and rebalances contrast levels to maximise the colour range of the image.
