More than a shame. I remember how much work Bill Jungers, Terry Harrison, and Leslie Aiello put into the Journal of Human Evolution as EIC's. Elsevier has gutted a rich intellectual history of cross-disciplinary paleoanthropological and quantitative research - all to save a few bucks.
