A deep blue sky with fluffy white clouds overlook a dilapidated, tract house. The white clapboard has missing parts and peeling paint, and the reddish and green roof is not only sagging and has some holes, but is missing tiles. There's two doors leading in from the simple front porch, indicating it was a duplex at one time. There's a screen on one window to the left, but not the one on the right. They are surprisingly intact. Off in the distance on either side are various building and debris, and a tree on the right. You can barely make out a number on a yellow plaque between the doors. There's also creeping vines and leaves covering the front of the porch to the ground. The grass is burnt out due to a draught and looks yellow, with the dirt peaking through.

We traveled a lot for my late husband's doctor visits, so to cheer him up, I'd take pix along the way.
