Карикатура в чёрно-зелёных тонах. Политик Путин сидит за маленьким столиком в штанах цвета хаки и без рубашки. Неопределённый генерал в фуражке подносит к его столику бисквитный торт с четырьмя свечками и говорит: «Поздравляем вас с четвёртой годовщиной вашей трёхдневной войны!» (на английском). Перед столиком всё пространство завалено трупами военных в форме, бронежилетах, касках и с повязками с буквой Z на рукавах.
