My Jet JS400 in bits. This is how it was when I bought it.

Sanding the guutar down preparing it for refinishing.

A coat of grey undercoat applied.

The finished JS400. Fender/Squier standard aged pearloid scratchplate, Artec Alnico V pickups, Wikinson bridge, new knobs. Flat and smooth sandy green finish.

An ongoing project...

Getting the finish I want using rattle spray cans in my garage is proving to be quite a challenge. There's always 'orange peel'. 😏 Sanding/flattening it down again.
Then more spraying.... Repeatedly...

Ah well. The offer of bits will always be there if you get another 'project guitar'. Speaking of which, this arrived chez moi this morning. A project Strat. Not sure what colour to paint it yet, but I've got plans for all the other bits.
