Quick Sketch.
So many artists render Half Orcs as if they were just Orcs. It's not cannon, but it would have been so much visually interesting if Half Orcs manifested their human and orc skin and hair tones, instead of blended, but as a sort of coral pattern.

All half orcs regardless of bloodline or culture, have come to be called Jhorgs. It's based of the name "Jhorguntaal", but A) way easier to spell, and B) the canon purists were adamant that Jhorguntaal was a specific clan and could not be applied to all half orcs.
