Above 👆being said, there are not any people in their 80’s I know (or have known 😔 ❤️) that I would wish to be in a position with such great demands on oneself.

Father died at 89, mother is now 89. Most of my clients are in their 70’s/80’s. I’ve watched engaged board members age from their 60’s into their 80’s (many passed❤️).
Physical degradation & loss of acuity do not reverse, they become more impactful with each passing season.
