Barnsley FC legend Johnny Steele passed away on this day in 2008, aged 91. As a player he made 50 appearances for the Reds and later became the longest serving manager in club history, overseeing the team in 549 games. RIP Johnny. #BarnsleyFC #JohnnySteele
