Usual things at the #JohnstonSt (Hispanic/Latino) Fiesta: food stores, drinks, things to buy, some music, too much sun. Not as many people when we went this time! Retreated to #Tropical afterwards to escape the sun and for a drink; the music was TOO LOUD but a little dancing happened.

Temporary retreat from the Hispanic Fiesta in #JohnstonSt: playing sapo at #TropicalMelbourne #Fitzroy. Sapo is a traditional South American drinking game where you try to throw coins into the mouth of little metal toads - and it’s a lot of fun! In various versions it dates back hundreds of years.
