Computer drafted row quilt design resembling a Nordic Christmas sweater with a huge black cat along the right side, now with added detail (below). The sweater part is red and white with rows of houses, trees, crosses, chevrons, etc - the typical busy ugly Christmas sweater. The blocky cat, which takes up about three-quarters of the right side, appears to be looking over it’s shoulder with piercing green eyes. It’s tail and right haunch are outside the straight lines of the quilt giving it a sculpted edge. A large green pine tree slightly overlaps the giant cat now and letters have been added to the cat's body that read "you sweater believe in the yule cat". The original pink nose is now dark grey and the cat has two tiny fangs. This is not a scary cat, though, it's a bit dopey.

It does feel more Yule Cat now but I don't know how I feel about the addition of so much more green. And, while the pun cracks me up and I do love a word quilt, maybe not in this case?

Had fun drafting it today, but I’m frustrated by two things — one, those are 5” blocks and I don’t know if I have the patience for that many tiny, repetitive projects
