Trump has been increasingly undeterred by adverse court rulings at the start of his second term, and announced he was punishing Paul, Weiss for its ties to Pomerantz and another lawyer who brought a lawsuit against Jan 6 Insurrectionists. This President and his administration are Unconstitutional. All law firms need to get in touch with a federal judges. Courts may strike down executive orders not only on the grounds that the president lacked authority to issue them but also in cases where the order is found to be unconstitutional in substance. Federal court review of executive orders is one of the most important facets of the relationship between the executive and judicial branches. In evaluating presidential actions, the courts uphold the separation of powers between Congress and the executive and place a check on executive power
