All three of them are Karamojong Ugandan! The white cloth around him represents Panja, as it is common for Karamojong people to wear animal skins (usually cattle) or brightly colored fabrics around their bodies. Beads are also common for both men and women, and the black bracelets are snake repellents!
This version has Waardenburg Syndrome and vitiligo! Waardenburg syndrome type one specifically, with heterochromia and white forelock.
This version has complete albinism, along with photosensitivity, photophobia and deafness.

My wife and I got back to our watch of the 1989 #jungleemperorleo series and I’m just so happy right now. It’s given me that motivation again to want to actually start my big Kimba art project next year. Will I? We shall see. But I’ve wanted to do it ever since I was like 13/14.
