Today I've assessed adult ADHD, Dx & Mx'd Type1 reactive monoarthritis in active IBD, injected trigger finger & troch bursitis, Dx'd ascending cholangitis/sepsis, UTIs, viral exanthem, depression, HF, postural hypotension, alcoholism etc
