Finished s2 this morning. Overall a fun watch. I definitely enjoyed myself. A little annoyed by some of the loose ends that didn't get addressed but I suppose s3 will solve that. Baekjeong was the weak spot, I'll blame the writing mostly, but I do think Rain was an odd choice.

UC2 was kind of a mess, but Kang Ki Young playing against type and leaving no scenery unchewed was really fun!

Finished #kdrama Still Shining today. Overall I enjoyed it but it didn't need to be 10 eps. One of the better portrayals of the evolution of first love over time because it used the main characters' relationships with others to show how people change. Park Jin Yung and Kim Mu Jin were really good.

For all my fellow #Kdrama watchers out there, who are we rooting for in "Climax?" Because all of these folks are the worst.
This suspense drama revolves around the Jiraanans, a wealthy Thai-Chinese family that operates its own hotels in Bangkok and Pattaya. The drama follows the members of the family, which seem to enjoy a strong and unbreakable bond. But things are not what they seem. One day, the eldest member from the second generation mysteriously turns up dead in the family estate. His nephew Yi, the oldest son of the victim’s sister and the prime suspect in the case, desperately tries to find out the truth.
Elementary school teacher Suzuhara Nao decides to abduct Michiki Rena, one of her female students, after discovering that she is being abused by her mother. Fleeing Hokkaido to Tokyo, the two experience various events together along the way, with Nao serving as a substitute mother and Rena finally experiencing familial love for the first time.
Cha Yoon Hee, a successful TV drama producer, fears having in-laws and seeks a man with no family ties. She meets Terry, a kind doctor who was adopted as a child, and believes her marital life is set. I always pick #RevengeOfOthers for this category so I'll stay on brand. It had me holding my breath through all the twists & turns. I LOVED it! The perfect binge watch cuz every episode had me needing to press play on the next one. #kdrama
Revenge Drama: #kdrama The Glory. This one is visceral and unflinching. More palatable revenge dramas would be Perfect Marriage Revenge and Marry My Husband, which are effectively the same story but distinctly themselves. I don’t think I’ve ever watched a #cdrama revenge drama.
