New recommendation on using the KFRE 5 year risk in people with diabetes
MANDATORY KFRE REMINDER to everyone in the room to know what the #KFRE is, and that it is or will be on all the labs you look at, and that you need to use it. The rule of 5 over 5. If the risk is 5 or greater over 5 years it is time to talk to a nephrologist (yes Dr. Tangri was a co-author)
