This evening I did have a bit of a success updating my #RaspberryPi set up.

I w as trying to use cron to update some #Docker containers, but have not been making much headway.

However, an early test with Watchtower appears successful where it picked up the #Karakeep update.

So I think I have set up both #Forgejo and #Karakeep to automatically update using Cron and #Docker . Fingers very much crossed having been here before as it has gone wrong in the past, but feeling optimistic.

Just need either (or preferably both) to update with no loss of data to be sure.

Thank you so much for the #karakeep idea I will try it out. I always root for vpn access only! It's way easier for me to monitor the access to my server apps and provide additional rules!

It would be really cool if I could "feed" in bookmarks I've saved in #Karakeep to #OpenUIWeb as knowledge. Or better yet feed in bookmarks on a specific Karakeep list or with a specific tag...
