This week were delighted to have Rob Beilby back on campus! A #KeeleUniveristy alumni of our MSci in Forensic and Analytical Investigation, Rob is now a #DNA Analyst for Eurofins Forensic Services.

This #InternationalDayofWomenandGirlsinScience our #ForensicScience team will have stalls in #Newcastle-Under-Lyme (Feb 11th) and #KeeleUniveristy (Feb 14th). Free entry for all ages, and we'll have activities running in #ForensicAnthropology, #ForensicPathology, and #Paleontology.

Sometimes #forensics is about looking at rocks...or specifically at #KeeleUniveristy, the application of quantitative textural analysis to the geo-forensic discrimination of different lithological trace evidence.

In essence our students learn how to ID sediments' own fingerprints!

We're also very impressed with how they came out and want to show off the students' hard work!
