From top to bottom He has: A light pink long sleeve shirt with a darker pink cherry blossom petals pattern. An orange sash tied across his body from shoulder to shoulder. It has a pink/orange hibiscus pattern. A leather belt with a dark pink-purple inner belt. A pink waist cape with a yellow star pattern. Purple poofy pants that gradient into a darker purple, revealing a blood pattern. Blue shoes with dark pink-purple wraps.
Here is Aquarius' new design :) I'm mostly happy with it but it may go through some changes.
