Spoiler alert: at the end of #KingAndConquerer Harold dies. BUT after EIGHT episodes I would have thought at least we would get a decent "arrow in the eye" shot. No, just a bit of stabbing and throat slitting, then William handily sticks an arrow into Harold's head. That's not what I signed up for.

#KingandConquerer ist ja ordentlich zerrissen worden. Ausstattung und Besetzung sind super, aber das Drehbuch und die Dialoge! 😫 Wie kann vorab keinem aufgefallen sein, dass die Hauptfiguren keine klaren Entwicklungen haben und ein Spannungsbogen quasi nicht vorhanden ist?
Judith of Flanders died in 1095. This stupid TV show #kingandconquerer had her die in childbirth before 1066. I can see why, but real history is always better. Lazy writing.
Watching #kingandconquerer and enjoying it but was disappointed at the Battle of Stamford Bridge being glossed over.
There are very cool moments associated with that battle which probably didn’t happen, but could have made for awesome dramatic scenes
