#KnockOutValidation is the best known way to validate #antibody specificity. #KnockOut your #gene of interest in a #CellLine or a #ModelOrganism and use an antibody to probe #ProteinExpression. A specific antibody should only recognize a product in the control sample and not in the knock out sample.
