so I concocted a tisane

Signature Masala mix +
Almond milk +
Simple ayrup that Hubby made for cocktails.
I didn't cook the chai
in the traditional manner
but I like how this mix turned out.

Sunday #TeaOfTheDay:

Black cardamom mix +
cara cara orange peel +
splash of almond milk.
I especially like the black pepper
and the cloves aren't overwhelming
but go well with the orange.
No, I didn't cook the chai

Ignore my chipped and peeling Baby Yoda tumbler. Brewed a cup of #KolkataChaiCo signature masala chai mix and it’s the best chai tea I’ve ever had. Delicious and a great way to stay warm in this cold CA winter. 🤣
