AYANEO has been making Windows and Android handheld game systems for years. But most are feature-packed devices with premium price tags. Some of the company’s Android handhelds have price tags that rival Windows devices from competitors. So one of the _many_ announcements AYANEO made this week is that it’s launching a new “KONKR” sub-brand focused on value-oriented products. One of the first will be the **KONKR Pocket FIT** handheld with a 6 inch screen, Qualcomm Snapdragon processor. Now the company has revealed more information about the upcoming handheld… but not the price. We’ll have to wait a little longer to find out what AYANEO means by “value.” What we do know is that the KONKR Pocket FIT will have a 1920 x 1080 pixel, 144 Hz LCD display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon G3x Gen 3 processor, and an 8,000 mAh battery. Some other features include a USB-C port, 3.5mm audio jack, microSD card reader, support for WiFi and Bluetooth 5, and a copper heat plate and fan for active cooling. Game controllers include RGB backlit joysticks with hall sensors and hall effect triggers, and there are dual X-axis linear motors for vibration and haptic feedback. On paper, the new handheld sounds a lot like the AYANEO Pocket S2. But the Pocket S2 has a higher-resolution display and bigger battery, and a slightly boxier design, while the KONKR Pocket FIT has a rounded design that seems heavily inspired by older AYANEO Windows handhelds.
