I've heard minh-ho (with a short I), men-ho, and meeno, despite being a nickname, is technically incorrect
His name is pronounced meen-ho, or meenh-oh, depending on which consonant you put the stress on. As far as I know, either works.

Now, I have made Minho an omnicrafter in the past because I'm insane, but lately. I've changed it to where he can learn how to recreate very quickly after seeing it once.
CUL is his job of choice. With BSM and ALC being close seconds.

I've only recently decided that Minho is a coochy haver in XIV, but to say he's trans feels a little inaccurate?? Like he would be trans according to our metrics but as far as he's concerned he's never felt uncomfortable or misaligned with his assigned gender.

Minho doesn't. Until he does. And when he does, he is bad at it.
Minho funnels all of his emotions, especially negative ones, through a lens of muted rage. His positive emotions are incredibly subdued and his negative ones are always tinged with anger.

The only job whose lore/storyline is anything CLOSE to canon to Minho's lore is the AST storyline, and even then I've chopped it up and only taken the pieces i liked LMAO

Unless it's a combat situation, Minho will often impart bits of his aether into everything he crafts or cooks. This is especially true for foods, as he does his best to make sure his dishes are delicious as well as energizing.
Otherwise, it's a simple touch for him.

Minho's birth parents, Soo-young and Jin-woo are dead. They fell in battle during a Garlean invasion.
His adoptive parents are Pak Min-Bae and Ono Kousuke, his mother's younger sister and her husband. They are both still alive and currently living in Sharlayan.

Minho IS in fact, afraid of snakes. But not large serpents that could *definitely* kill him. He's skittish around the small, garden variety of snake.
Because of this, he also hates cucumbers... They look like snakes if he's not paying attention.
Also they taste like nothing. 😒💢

Let me start by saying that Minho ABHORS being seen. He hates being clocked/noticed because he has a specific persona that he tries very hard to live up to and if people see what's underneath it, he will panic, after a fashion.
