Made some homemade gluten-free Kreplach this evening following a recipe from The Jewish Cookbook. While it was an absolute labor of 3 hours, it was worth it. I ended up with almost 80 dumplings. Throwing a bunch in the freezer for easy dinners for the next couple months.
