#TIL that applications from @FlatpakApps@fosstodon.org integrate much better than Snap with the rest of my #KDE desktop in #Kubuntu. They appear correctly in the application launcher, keep being pinned to the taskbar through updating, and have better metadata in the Discover app.

Firefox is choking on video on my 4k monitor on Kubuntu. Youtube's status for nerds is showing 10 - 20% of frames dropped.
Chromium is fine. I think removing all the monitor scaling helps but does not fully fix it.

Continuing my adventures in Linux, I've been testing out #kubuntu (ubuntu with KDE Plasma) and I like it more than the other flavors of #ubuntu. It's UI already resembles #Windows10, and it has themes etc. available that make it look even more like that.. but it's not quite there yet.
