The following highway works are scheduled for this week either in #KursaalWard, or close enough to Kursaal ward to potentially affect residents.

A busy day today, starting with the #KursaalWard councillors' surgery this morning, and canvassing this afternoon.
Both are important parts of being available to residents to help with any issues and problems - which is why we get such support from residents, whatever the trolls and bots predict.

Planning application 26/00412/FUL, pertaining to 52 Honiton Road, for change of use of dwellinghouse (Class C3) to 8-bed HMO (Suis Generis) erect single storey rear extension and layout cycle and refuse stores to rear (Amended Proposal).
Planning application 26/00443/FUL, pertaining to 207 York Road, for change of use of an existing semi-detached dwellinghouse (Class C3) to a residential children's home (Class C2) to provide accommodation for up to 3 children aged 13-18 with 24-hour staffing, and provision of cycle storage in the rear garden.
Planning application 26/00430/GPDE, pertaining to 219 York Road, to erect single storey rear extension projecting 4.2m beyond the existing rear wall of the dwelling, 3m high to eaves and with a maximum height of 3.5m.
