Я навіть сам трішки не вірю, але сьогодні вранці я фіналізував збірку Кірандії під Windows, а це означає, що до релізу перекладу залишилось лише вичитати текст.

Що маємо наразі по Кірандії?
Перекладено ВСЕ, але ще редагується, вичитується.
Інтеграція kyra.dat була справжнім болем в сраці та з рештою довелося робити кастомну збірку scummvm.
Версія для macos повноцінно працює і запакована в .app, для Windows - в процесі.

На другому скріні прикол (русня всіх задовбала вже)
Всі графічні матеріали, для Кірандії було перемальовано та імпортовано назад у файли гри. Ванда завершує переклад EMC файлів. Єдине що наразі залишилось, це переклад меню, інвентаря та стартової катсцени, які прописані в kyra.dat

Я реально намагався зімітувати всі оці олдскульні артефакти, та вийшло все одно трішки мʼякше.
Але загалом, якщо не порівнювати їх поряд, то різниці жодна жива людина не побачить.

Прикольний факт.
Усі мальовані шрифти першої Кірандії були справді намальовані, а не використовували заздалегідь зроблений шрифт (місцями видно, що літери виглядають по різному).
Виправив це і додав Кирилицю. А Ванда вчора переклала мені цей лист.

Наразі вже повністю експортовані всі файли локалізації, а також графіка, яку треба перекласти.

допоміг мені та створив скрипт і зручний редактор для зміни локалізації, а @akiwolf.bsky.social вже переклала вступну катсцену. І це прогрес лише за три дні.

I was young and dreamed of remaking my favorite game.

The Legend of Kyrandia 3: Malcolm's Revenge was developed by Westwood Studios and released in 1994. While novel back then, the 3D-rendered backgrounds were a step back from the gorgeous pixel art of the previous two games.

I was recently commissioned to create a part 2 of a #Kyrandia tribute poster as a gift to a lady who's a big fan of the series. The first one was commissioned 9 years ago by a mutual friend, the 2nd by her partner. I wonder if we'll do part 3 one day.
