Another successful resource fair and townhall in #LA02!
People were able to receive help with passports, Social Security, the VA and more. I also visited with constituents to talk to about the challenges they’re facing and how I’m fighting for them.

Louisiana candidate filing closed today and the Democrats got a candidate in all six Congressional districts.
The GOP did not get a candidate in #LA02 (Harris+32), making it the 2nd congressional district that the GOP have failed to contest this year. The Dems have not let any go uncontested yet.

Proud to announce that the Green Bridge in #NewOrleansEast is open with two lanes in both directions! This is a vital evacuation route during hurricanes and it was a huge victory for #LA02 when I secured $41 million from the #BipartisanInfrastructureLaw to repair it. Here’s a photo from that day!
