#FingerpostFriday from the Crowborough to Felbridge leg of the #Honeypot100 #LDWA approaching Nutley. About 50 miles in with a 10:00 start should see walkers in darkness at this point.
Good morning all. #MorningWalk #10MilesADay #Walking Walking the Crowborough to Felbridge leg of the #Honeypot100 #LDWA
Today's walk was The Sevenoaks Circular 30 miler. Many thanks to all the volunteers who make it happen. And I got back before the rain! #LDWA #Walking.
A blue plastic bowl containing Manchester Tart, a blue plastic plate with cheese, crackers and half a Chorley cake, and a blue plastic mug of tea. There's a certificate and cloth badge behind.
My watch reckons I've burned 1844 calories today. I'm doing my best to replenish.
I've already had soup & bread, and sandwiches.
18 miles in 6 hours 28 minutes.

Had no idea about LDWA, but I stumbled upon this doc about Flower of Suffolk 100 and it was really great to see everyone in high spirits, coming together and enjoying the challenge.
That's one good promo video!

Where else can you get a 30 mile event with fully stocked checkpoints for only £13?
Plenty of mud, and some fog. A horse tried to bite each participant as they went past. All part of the fun.
A path of stone slabs across a moor. The sky is covered in thick light grey cloud. On the horizon, which is relatively near, some radio masts can be seen.
I'm pleasantly tired after my 17 mile walk today. It was the LDWA (West Lancs) Anglezarke Amble which starts and ends at Rivington near the Anglezarke Reservoir.
There's a long route of 24 miles and a short route of 17 miles. I did the short one and it took […]
