Still not convinced? Read about this year’s trip to Lindau: www.science.org.au/news-and-events/news-and... #Lino25
Ruiwen Hu, a postdoc in #BioEGSB, attended #LiNo25 in #Chemistry as part of the UC President’s annual fellowship program. The event “offered a rare opportunity to engage directly with some of the world’s foremost scientific minds," including Nobel Laureate Moungi Bawendi (pictured with Hu).
At #LINO25 I shared my research, got thoughtful advice from Nobel Laureates, and joined Frances Arnold for a science walk. I’m feeling inspired, energized, and excited to stay connected with this international community. Thank you
@tamu.bsky.social and @nationalacademies.org for sponsoring!
Eva J. Meeus, Cosima Brudy and Magdalena Lederbauer are researchers and students at ETH Zurich and attended the 74th Lindau Nobel Laureate Meeting in Chemistry which took place from June 29 to July 4, 2025.
What’s next for science? Three young scientists from @ethz.ch returned from the 2025 #LindauMeeting inspired by #NobelLaureates, global peers and even a conga line.

We had a great time yesterday, hosting a group of young scientists traveling around Baden-Württemberg to explore the life science research landscape. It was an honor to be the last stop on their tour after attending #LINO25! ⚗️

A great thanks to the 74th Lindau Nobel Laurate meeting, for the possibility to not just meet some of the best researchers in the world, but also to take a step back and reflect on why we do research, rather than how.
#LINO25 has truly been a unique experience
It was so excited time at #LINO25 chemistry meeting! Thanks all participants and #JSPS for supporting the travel.
Returning inspired for science from #LINO25. Thank you to all Nobel Laureates, Organisers, Guests and fellow Young Scientists for creating such an open and supportive environment full of excitement for meaningful research.
Thank you to everyone who engaged with my talk and for the insightful questions and stimulating discussions throughout the week.
I'm leaving #LINO25 inspired, more curious than ever, and excited to continue building on the ideas exchanged this week. 🧵4/5...
Just back from Lindau Nobel Laureate Meeting—an amazing event! Honored to present in the Next Gen Science Session and join the science communication workshop. Learned so much about connecting across disciplines and cultures, plus inspiring stories and from Laureates. #lino25
We delegated Shun @shuntokuda.bsky.social to the 74th Lindau Nobel Laureate Meeting🎖️👨🔬👩🔬
Huge thanks to @maxplanck.de for sponsoring his fruitful trip to Lindau, and the organizers for arranging this wonderful meeting!

Thrilled to be selected as a young scientist for the Lindau Nobel Meeting 2025! It's been an inspiring week meeting Nobel Laureates and brilliant young researchers. Many thanks for the support @weilgroup.bsky.social @maxplanck.de #LINO25 #NobelLaureates #LindauMeeting
It was a great honor that I participated the 74th Lindau Nobel Laureate Meeting. It was a fully staffed week with great chemistry, exchange with people (including many from Japan!), and of course the great locations. I need a Nobel prize to come back here.

Honoured to present at this year’s Lindau Nobel Laureate Meeting as a Young Scientist. I shared our campaign on mechanical stereochemistry, highlighting recent advances in the understanding and synthesis of mechanically stereogenic molecules. #LINO25 @uobchemistry.bsky.social @royalsociety.org

Halfway through the 74h Nobel Laureate Meeting #LINO25 in Lindau and buzzing with new ideas in #chemistry & #AI.💡 Inspiring talks, fluo-selfies with laureates, rock'n'roll concerts, and late-night wine chats are sparking fresh perspectives and unexpected collaborations! 🤝🔬 #MSCA #Harvard #UNIPD
Good insights from the sustainability panel at #LINO25. However, I wish the conversation would shift from pressuring consumers to act, towards holding companies and governments accountable for implementing the large-scale solutions we desperately need (and already have the technology to implement).
Honored to have been included in the excellent lineup of young scientists to present their work at the Lindau Nobel Laureate Meetings.
Thanks to the SIEF-AAS fellowship for the support.

Hearing that even an AI Nobel Laureate (John Jumper) also does vibecoding sometimes makes me feel so much better. #LINO25
Valeria Nicolosi, Jean-Pierre Sauvage and Ben Feringa sat on stage in front of a blue screen saying Lindau Nobel Laureate Meetings
Inspiring discussion today at #LINO25 with Ben Feringa and Jean-Pierre Sauvage about how molecular machines will drive innovation across many different fields.
But what is a molecular machine? Take 2 polls to help inform Iupac's upcoming definition: www.chemistryworld.com/opinion/take...
A Nobel prizewinning neuroscientist who lost two research papers over irregular images has rejected Donald Trump’s claim that there is a “reproducibility crisis” in US research, arguing the use of “AI-powered software” on old images is erroneously flagging research misconduct

Yesterday, Nobel laureate Gregory Winter described the moment he realised commercialisation was needed if his humanised antibodies were to benefit the broader public, but he did not expect to become embroiled in a patent battle. First report from #LINO25 www.lindau-nobel.org/blog-antibod...
Super lucky to be back at the 74th Lindau Nobel Laureate #LINO25, this time as a blogger. My 1st assignment was to write a combined report of two lectures by Chemistry laureates.
1. Moungi Bawendi (quantum dots, 2023)
2. Gregory Winter (antibody pharmaceuticals, 2018)
