Up & over #ArnsideKnott as part of training for the first #LakelandTrail of the year in four weeks’ time. The up is a killer but so is applying the brakes on the way down, but that then leads into my favourite stretch of running I’ve ever done, along the old golf course towards the #KentEstuary 🏃‍♂️😃
