This arrangement worked well for several years, until one day, Betty was served with a 90 notice to leave the home. The fantastic legal minds at NLS Lockport argued that Betty was NOT, in fact, a tenant, and therefore could not be evicted by a notice like this.  
The judge agreed and Betty is now free  to remain in her home while  we prepare for the  next steps...
