Mumbai on Edge as Terror Threat Targets City with "Human Bombs"

Mumbai is under high alert after a chilling WhatsApp message to the Traffic Police warned of 34 vehicles rigged with "human bombs" and 400 kg of RDX, promising to "shake the city."
