After IMF’s thumbs up to India’s growth story, BJP terms Rahul Gandhi as ‘Leader of Pessimism’
New Delhi, Jan 16 (SocialNews.XYZ) The robust resurgence of the Indian economy, as outlined by the International Monetary Fund (IMF), describing "India as the growth engine of the world", gave the BJP a fresh political ammo to launch a diatribe at the Congress party as well as at its leader, Rahul Gandhi. BJP spokesperson CR Kesavan contrasted Rahul's earlier claims of "India a dead economy" with his new assertion of "India as a bright spot", and asked the Leader of Opposition (LoP) in Lok Sabha whether he would apologise to the nation for his "irresponsible and grossly misleading" remark.
