You will be responsible for delivering high-quality trauma informed support to victim-survivors of domestic abuse, risk assessing and developing support & safety plans. The targeting of innocent young women enjoying a day out on one of the country’s most popular pub crawl routes is truly horrific, and the incident has understandably caused shock and fear across our community. We will be following developments in the case closely. The rise in violence against women and girls, often fuelled by online extremism, is deeply concerning. We call on social media platforms to take meaningful action to tackle harmful content and work collaboratively to prevent tragedies like this from happening. We also encourage individuals and organisations to call out this behaviour and work together to end violence against women and girls.
