The point of the meme is that Mr. Thompson was a responsible citizen going about his business. The health insurance business is difficult, and the bureaucracy makes difficult decisions. However, the CEO didn't cause cancer or any other disease. He's trying to manage a business that must make difficult decisions. That leftists hate him and celebrate his murder but scream in anger about the death of a violent child molester shot while attacking a child just shows the completely perverse and evil value system of the political left.
