I’m making my way through the #liberalleadershipdebate and I’m struck by how all of the candidates are well spoken and able to actually discuss issues. They’re not yelling over each other, they’re not throwing out trite slogans, they’re not dancing around the questions. So refreshing!

It was refreshing to see defence feature so strongly in the #LiberalLeadershipDebate, and especially a mention of personnel.
While raising salaries is good and necessary, there are additional hurdles to personnel that makes working in the CAF often times unaffordable
Oh, look... it’s the English-language Lib Leadership Debate, which just happened a short while ago, apparently... Have to confess, much of this is flying under the radar, even for us Canadians. 😉

On a separate note, I was genuinely surprised and kind of impressed with Frank Baylis.
Although, his 'I am a business man" and use of phrases like finding efficiencies, modernizing, 'making efficient' are business buzz words for cuts, and put me off.
