Council has proclaimed October 9, 2025, to mark World PANS PANDAS Awareness Day at the request of Inflamed Brain Alliance (IBA). The Archie Browning Sports Centre and the Esquimalt Adventure Park will be lit in green to help raise visibility for these neuroinflammatory conditions.

Today is PANS/PANDAS Awareness Day — a condition my daughter has been suffering from for the past three years.
