When I animated the full body dance animation, I found the panel of "Display with selected params". I am not sure if 5.0⬆️version still have it? You even can set several sets of panels.

SAI2でLive2D用VTuber原画を描くなら絶対にして欲しい設定があります！
「対称定規の中心をピクセル境界に揃える」を有効にすることです
対称定規が標準だと他と違う挙動になっていて、Live2Dモデラー側での作業しにくいデータになります！
モデラー的に是非イラストレーターさんにやって欲しい設定です

Quick Live2D tip to fix layering issues!
If you run into the problem of a texture needing to be both under and over another texture:
1. Copy the texture
2. Adjust the mesh to only cover where it needs to go over
3. Transparency 0% + reverse clipping
